If your display has not arrived as expected please get in touch as soon as possible. As displays are handmade, they may differ slightly from website photos. Please notify me of any damage caused by the delivery process within 24 hours of delivery by providing a photograph of your damaged display.

Customers should note that parcel protection is purchased for all courier deliveries but glass products are not included in the protection. Every effort will be made during packaging to prevent damages.

As each display is custom made returns can only be accepted if your flowers are damaged and photographic proof is received within 24 hours. A replacement display would be offered in this situation. No refunds offered.
